To claim the prize can be made directly to the Manchester Pools outlet office that is available on all sides of the city of Manchester with your identity card and your winning ticket. The claim process can be done from 9 AM to 3PM every Monday to Saturday.

Claim requests will be rejected if the winner cannot complete the required documents or claim the prize after the claim deadline has passed, which is 30 days from the date the official result is announced
